About Pollution Free India

Our Mission

Pollution Free India is a citizen-led, non-profit awareness initiative dedicated to addressing the children's health crisis by protecting children from pollution through education, public voice, and action, while advocating for clean air rights.

We believe that clean air rights, safe water, and a healthy environment are fundamental rights — especially for children, who are the most vulnerable to the long-term effects of pollution. Across India, millions of young lives are quietly impacted every day by the children's health crisis caused by polluted air, contaminated water, unmanaged waste, and toxic surroundings. 


Pollution Free India was created to unite people around a shared responsibility: to safeguard the health and future of our children.

Why We Exist

Pollution is often discussed in statistics, policies, and reports, but its real impact is felt at home — manifesting as a children's health crisis through childhood asthma, frequent illness, learning difficulties, and a reduced quality of life. 


Children do not have a voice in decision-making, yet they bear the greatest consequences. 


Pollution Free India exists to advocate for clean air rights, ensuring that the voices of our children are heard.
